Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Version predicted to launch with Apple A18 Pro-beating performance

The freshly-launched Snapdragon 8 Elite is now Qualcomm’s fastest processor for top-end mobile devices. However, there is an even faster version in the wings, one already touted as capable of rivalling the chip found in the new iPhone 16 Pro Max in a popular benchmark. It might become available in a super-sized new smartphone in 2025.
