Breathing Technique for Stress Relief (5-5-5-5)

1. Inhale through your nose for 5 seconds.
2. Hold your breath for 5 seconds.
3. Exhale through your mouth for 5 seconds.
4. Hold your breath for 5 seconds.

Repeat this a few times until you feel relaxed. I am a composer from Norway, and I started this channel with a simple goal: to create a place that you can visit whenever you want to relax. I compose music that is often described as peaceful and relaxing, and the music is paired with beautiful nature videos.
