Walmart Has a 1TB SanDisk Ultra Micro SDXC Card for Only $69.99 for Black Friday

As part of its Black Friday Sale event, Walmart is offering a SanDisk Ultra 1TB U1 A1 Micro SDXC card for only $69.99. It’s sold via Western Digital Technologies (who owns the SanDisk brand). This is easily the best price we’ve ever seen for a SanDisk branded 1TB SSD.

SanDisk happens to be the only official manufacturer of Nintendo Switch cards so you’re pretty much guaranteed compatibility with the Switch console, although it works with every other device that accepts Micro SDXC cards. That includes the Steam Deck, ASUS ROG Ally, GoPros, cameras and much more.
The package comes with an SD adapter so you can also use this card in devices that only accept full-sized SD cards. The SanDisk Ultra is U1 A1 rated and boasts up to 120MB/s read speeds. There are faster Micro SDXC cards out there, but depending on your usage that extra speed might just be a waste of money. For example, the Nintendo Switch doesn’t support anything faster than U1 speeds, so even a faster card than the SanDisk Ultra would just be throttled down to the same speed.
