When Does the NFL Season Start?
The NFL preseason ran from August 11th to 27th, and the 18-week regular season officially started on September 7, 2023 with the annual NFL Kickoff Game, featuring the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs at home against the Detroit Lions.
When Does the NFL Season End?
The regular season concludes on January 7, 2024, and the season ends after the Super Bowl on February 11, 2024 at Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders.
