Deal Alert: Gigabyte RTX 3080 Ti OC Video Card Is in Stock on Amazon

Heads up! There’s an RTX 30 series video card that’s actually available in the wild. The Gigabyte RTX 3080 Ti OC graphics card is available on Amazon at MSRP. For those of you who have been hunting for an RTX 30 series card for a while, that’s great news and a promising sign of things to come.

RTX 3080 Ti in Stock on Amazon

The reference RTX 3080 Ti video card normally retails for $1299.99. This 3rd party (Gigabyte) video card is sold and shipped by Amazon and isn’t selling for much more. If you’ve been on the hunt for an RTX 30 series card at all, you’d know that this is rare. The Gigabyte model boasts a slightly faster 1710MHz core clock compared to the reference model’s 1665MHz and a custom triple fan cooling solution.

RTX 3080 Ti video cards have gone down steeply in price on eBay. Traditionally, they have sold for over $2K from scalpers. A quick check on eBay shows that the most recently sold RTX 3080 Ti listings have been around $1550-$1600 for new, and even less for preowned. Amazon’s price today is still a bit cheaper, and of course you have the security of buying directly from Amazon instead of a random eBay seller.

For those of you who would rather wait for a more inexpensive RTX 30 series card like the RTX 3080, 3070, or 3060, this is a sign that supply and demand are starting to even out. Let’s hope that we see more cards available directly from vendors like Amazon in the near future.
